The Problemo?

After 3-1/2 years, Olenjack’s Grille (owned and operated by acclaimed Chef Brian Olenjack) experienced success, but their bottom-line remained stagnant year-over-year. Olenjack’s Grille understood the importance of effective, creative marketing to help the brand fight through the economic downturn. Unlike many of their competitors who chose to just ‘ride it out’, Olenjack’s knew they had to aggressively grow their revenue across the board – dining, bar, catering, and events. When a restaurant has achieved a fair level of success, it is not always necessary to ‘wipe the slate clean’ and start over from scratch. There may be areas in a business that are not broken, but instead they aren’t properly developed and leveraged in order to facilitate growth. With Olenjack’s Grille this was the case. The operators knew where they wanted to take the company, and they had most of the policies and procedures in place to ensure a phenomenal guest experience, but sales and marketing initiatives weren’t aligned. Adapt had to refine their brand image and communicate Chef Olenjack’s voice across multiple channels. We developed restaurant marketing strategies and programs that aligned with new and existing business objectives and events to help strengthen the guest experience and propel revenue. We assisted Olenjack’s in the following areas:

• Redesigned & redeveloped Olenjack’s Grille website to showcase a strong and accurate visual representation of their brand. The website also enabled lead generation for large events and integrated with OpenTable.

• Improved email marketing campaigns to help increase reservation rates for special events.

• Created catering collateral and worked with the General Manager and catering team to help increase catering revenues.

• Developed, implemented & managed an engaging social media presence that plays a key role in customer service.

• Designed and implemented loyalty initiatives for in-house dining and catering lines.

• Provided consultation to ownership.

• Launched our proprietary Wi-Fi marketing system.
