The Problemo?

The BeerGas Company’s team has expertise in beverage gases and draft beer systems for restaurants, hotels, bars, concert venues and stadiums. They have a high-quality product, expertise and superior service compared to their larger competitors, but they experienced internal deficiencies that hindered their growth and ability to gain market share. Other challenges existed:

1)    Their brand message was nearly non-existent. Neither management nor employees could articulate completely what the company’s focus, expertise and differentiators were.

2)    They had an ineffective and unattractive website.

3)    No efficient CRM system in place to manage their clients.

4)    Lead generation was limited to Yellow Pages, customer referrals and a few online directories.

5)    Trade show activities yielded very little qualified leads or business opportunities

6)    Very few sales channels existed.
