We grew up watching our parents (Executive Chef & hotel Executive) work their butts off and not leverage the technologies and creative resources they had at the time more effectively.

We worked for great restaurateurs who were slow to adapt tools that could make their PPO higher and engage their customers better.  They did this simply because they were comfortable with the little success they yielded because that’s what they knew at the time

We saw great, innovative, unknown brands and technologies not launch and/or flourish because the “big agency” cared more about the retainer than the relationship.
